General Information 

All products featuring on the Emma Hill online store are sourced for little girls between 3 - 11 years. (depending on child's size). Please see each style for sizing information. 

Product Care  

All sunglasses need to be looked after with care. Failing to keep sunglasses protected and cared for can result in damaged lenses and frames that may include scratches and haziness. 

We recommend the following care instructions to ensure your Emma Hill shades stay in good condition. 

  • Always protect shades in their provided case when not being worn
  • Avoid leaving shades in the direct sunlight 
  • Maintain your lenses with the microfiber cloth shipped with all shades
  • Educate children on the importance of caring for their shades to minimise the risk of loss and damage 

Shipping

All Emma Hill orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post

Free Shipping:

Emma Hill is currently offering free shipping on all domestic orders over when you spend $50 or more. This promotion will be shipped with regular post. Please allow 6-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. 

Express Shipping Option:

Express Shipping will usually take 2-3 days for capital cities in Australia and 3-4 business days for regional Australian locations.

A signature on delivery is required for all orders.

Please Note: International orders will be available in December 2019

Emma Hill will not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. Check shipping information thoroughly before submitting your order.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Emma Hill we will happily refund full priced sunglasses within 15 days of the customer receiving their order if sunglasses have not been worn. All items must be in their new resalable condition (packaging and tags in place).

Items returned after 15 days or not received in new condition will not be refunded. A store credit may be available depending on circumstances. 

Exchanges and Returns are only applicable for full priced items only. They must be in new and original condition.

Processing exchanges and returns may take 2-3 weeks returning your funds to your original form of payment. A confirmation receipt will be emailed to you when the return process is complete.

Emma Hill will not be responsible for expenses required with returning a purchase. Emma Hill will not be responsible for loss of items or damage during the shipping process when returning items. It is advised that you select an inured and traceable shipping carrier to avoid loss of goods in the shipping process. 

Damages: Any discrepancies or damaged items must be reported within 6 days of delivery. Please contact the Customer Care team with a description of any damages. Email: hello@emmahilleyewear.com

The Emma Hill return or refund policy states that Emma Hill will not cover scratches, general use damage, fading of logo, scratching of logo, peeling of logo, peeling of frames or the loss of screws due to neglect. 

Sale Items

Sale items are not subject to the refund and exchange policy.
